The President leads the EO Perth Chapter with vision, empathy, and strategic oversight. They are the glue that holds the Board together—aligning efforts, supporting each Chair, and ensuring every decision made reflects EO’s core values. The President represents the chapter regionally and globally, guiding EO Perth through a year of growth, engagement, and member experience.
Drives chapter growth by attracting quality new members aligned with EO’s values. Leads the recruitment process, works with prospects, and ensures a strong pipeline of future EO leaders.
Our Membership Co-Chair this year is focusing on the diversity of our membership, female members and under 35s. Mel is our first point of contact and the mastermind of our online socials.
Engagement strengthens member connection and retention across all stages of the EO journey—from onboarding new members to keeping long-standing members actively involved.,
Champions the health of EO’s most valued member experience: Forum. Supports Moderators, ensures all Forums thrive, and drives peer-to-peer connection across the chapter.
Delivers impactful learning events that educate, inspire, and connect members. Curates an annual calendar of workshops, speakers, and shared experiences.
Builds meaningful partnerships with companies whose values align with EO. Manages strategic partner relationships and ensures they are integrated into the EO experience.
Upholds EO’s values through strong policies and processes. Manages Board nominations, governance documents, and ensures compliance with EO’s constitution and expectations.
Ensures financial health, accountability, and transparency. Leads the budgeting process, tracks chapter spend, and supports the Board in making financially sound decisions.
Our General Manager plays a pivotal role in aligning day-to-day operations with the chapter’s long-term vision. As the only full-time, non-member role, our GM works closely with the President and Board to drive both the strategic and operational goals of EO Perth. From governance and planning to member experience and execution, our GM ensures that behind every great EO initiative, there’s a solid plan in motion.
Our Events Manager brings the EO experience to life. From intimate learning sessions to Gala Dinners, our Events Manager works closely with the Learning Chair and Board to curate, coordinate, and execute impactful events. Their creativity and attention to detail help make every EO gathering memorable, meaningful, and member-focused.
