Learn from those Who’ve Walked the Path Before You
One of the most powerful advantages of being part of EO Perth is access to people who have already faced — and solved — many of the challenges that come with building and leading a business.
Our Peer-to-Peer Mentorship Program connects EO Perth members with experienced entrepreneurs, business leaders and trusted experts who can share real-world insight, perspective and guidance.
Launching in July 2026, the next intake of the program will introduce a curated group of mentors drawn from:
EO Perth Alumni Members
YPO Perth members
EO Perth Strategic Alliance Partners
Experienced Perth business leaders
Subject matter experts across key business disciplines
Each mentor brings practical experience supporting entrepreneurs and business owners navigating growth, leadership and strategic decision making.
Once the mentor group is announced in July, EO Perth members will be invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI).
Members can nominate:
The area they would like mentoring in
Their top three preferred mentors
The business or leadership challenges they are currently navigating
Based on these responses, the EO Perth team will match members with mentors where there is strong alignment between experience, goals and expertise.
The aim is simple: connect the right people so meaningful conversations and practical learning can happen.
Mentoring topics typically reflect the real challenges facing business owners and entrepreneurs, including:
Business growth and scaling
Leadership and team development
Strategy and decision making
Financial performance and value creation
Personal leadership and founder mindset
Navigating complex business transitions
This is not consulting or coaching — it’s experience-sharing between people who understand the realities of leading a business.
For many entrepreneurs, the most valuable insights don’t come from theory — they come from someone who has already been there.
The EO Perth mentorship program gives members access to perspectives that can help them:
See challenges from a new angle
Avoid common leadership pitfalls
Accelerate learning through shared experience
Strengthen their confidence as business leaders
It’s another way EO Perth supports entrepreneurs and Perth business owners to grow — both personally and professionally.
Â
Once our 2026/27 Mentor Group is announced, EO Perth members will be invited to submit their Expression of Interest and nominate the mentors they would most like to learn from.
Places will be limited to ensure each mentoring relationship has the time and attention needed to be valuable.
The mentorship program is open to Members of the EO Perth Chapter. Â
EO Alumni, YPO Members, Strategic Alliance Partners and local business experts are also encouraged to apply to be Mentors in the Program. Â
You will be notified on your match before the training date
Yes. If you wish to participate in the mentorship program, you must attend the training, no exceptions. The training is a crucial part of program’s success. At the training you will be provided with the knowledge, tools and resources for a successful and consistent partnership. Both Mentor and Mentee will walk out of the training, clear on their expectations.
We will endeavour to pair you up with a mentor who possesses your desired skills or experience, however we cannot guarantee this. If you are paired with a Mentor that is not what you are looking for, we ask that you trust the process and attend the training with them anyway. Mentor success does not rely on specific skill set or experience. Mentors will be provided with all the knowledge, tools and resources to help Mentees achieve their goals.
There may be some instances that we cannot find a mentor, however, we would like to encourage as many as possible to attend the training and will continue to find an appropriate Mentor or Mentee.
If any members and Accelerators in EO are thinking about the program for the future or would like to enhance their leadership/coaching skills then the training is only run once a year so it would be worth while attending.
No. We will endeavour to partner you based on requested criteria but the Mentorship training will provide Mentors with the required knowledge, tools and resources to help Mentees achieve their goals.
The cost to join the program is already included in your local annual dues.
