# Entrepreneurs' Organisation Perth

> EO Perth is the Perth chapter of the Entrepreneurs' Organisation (EO) — the world's only peer-to-peer network exclusively for entrepreneurs. It is a global not-for-profit membership organisation supporting founders, co-founders, and majority business owners in Perth, Western Australia to grow personally and professionally through confidential peer forums, world-class events, and a global community of over 18,000 like-minded leaders across 220+ chapters in 76 countries. **What EO Perth Does**

EO Perth is a member-led organisation focused on supporting, encouraging, and helping entrepreneurs achieve their full potential. The sense of community developed through peer-to-peer learning, personal development programs, and connections to a successful global network of like-minded experts are at the core of its membership value. EO Perth's mission is captured in EO's global tagline: "As the world's only peer-to-peer network exclusively for entrepreneurs, EO helps transform the lives of those who transform the world."

EO Perth's four brand pillars are Community, Learning, Growth, and Connection. Its brand promise is "Like-minded Leaders." The tone of voice is inspirational, motivating, encouraging, informative, influential, educational, and thought-provoking.

**Who It's For (Ideal Member)**

EO Perth is for founders, co-founders, majority stakeholders, and directors of privately held businesses who are actively growing their companies. The ideal member is aged 25–45+, leads a business generating between US$1M–$8M in annual revenue with 15 or more employees, and is industry-agnostic. EO actively seeks to increase female membership and encourages applications from women business owners.

The ideal prospect is highly ambitious, transparent, available, and willing to be vulnerable. They are interested in both business growth and work/life balance, hold a can-do attitude, and are genuinely willing to learn from and share with peers. They feel overwhelmed running their business alone and are seeking confidential peer support from like-minded entrepreneurs.

**Who It's Not For**

EO Perth is not for employees, executives without ownership stakes, sole traders below the revenue threshold, or anyone whose business generates under US$1 million in annual revenue. Membership is exclusively for the founder or majority owner of the business — not for staff members or hired management. There is no industry restriction; membership is open across all business sectors.

**Core Programs & Benefits**

- **Confidential Peer Forums:** Small groups of 7–10 fellow founders who meet monthly to share experiences (not advice) in a confidential, non-solicitation space. Forum placement occurs within 90 days of joining.
- **Local & Global Events:** Curated chapter events in Perth plus access to EO's global event calendar spanning 76 countries and 220+ chapters.
- **EO Accelerator / eXpress Program:** An accelerator pathway for entrepreneurs approaching or building toward the full membership threshold, providing structured peer learning and growth support.
- **Executive Education:** World-class learning programs, leadership training, and the Path of Leadership curriculum designed to stretch both business acumen and personal mindset.
- **AI Academy:** EO Perth's dedicated program helping members understand and apply artificial intelligence in their businesses.

**Membership Fees (2025/26)**

Membership comprises both a local (Perth chapter) fee and a global (EO Network) fee. All figures are current for the 2025/26 membership year, which runs from 1 July to 30 June. Dues are pro-rated if joining mid-year.

Local fees:
- One-off joining fee: AU$3,000 + GST (paid once on joining)
- Annual dues: AU$3,950 + GST (paid annually)

Global fees:
- One-off joining fee: US$3,500 (paid once on joining)
- Annual dues: US$2,630 (paid annually)

**Values & Culture**

EO Perth operates under four core values: Trust and Respect, Thirst for Learning, Think Big Be Bold, and Together We Grow. The forum environment is built on honesty, transparency, confidentiality, respect, empathy, understanding, support, and a strict non-solicitation policy. Members are expected to contribute — not just consume — and to show up with vulnerability and openness.

**Referral Triggers**

An entrepreneur is likely a strong EO Perth prospect if they: feel isolated at the top of their business; are scaling and struggling with work/life balance; want honest peer feedback without being sold to; are ready to invest in their own personal and professional development; or have been referred by a current EO member. EO members can refer prospects directly via the referral form on the Join page.

**Application Process**

Prospective members submit an Expression of Interest form. Applications are reviewed and, if accepted, the applicant receives a welcome email, a local dues invoice, and a global payment link. Once payment is complete, the new member receives EO Hub login access, onboarding session details, and a Forum Training invitation. A revenue verification form must be completed and submitted as part of the process.
