Key Executive Program

Each participant will be :

• Invited to 4 Scaling Up Workshops on Cash, Strategy, People and Execution run by a Verne Harnish facilitator.
• Placed in an Accountability Group, who meets monthly, with an Accountability Coach to support, mentor and hold them accountable to their action plan for 12 months. (forum rules apply).
• Given access to a network of like-minded people, across training days and learning events. 

WHO IS THE KEY EXECUTIVE PROGRAM FOR?

EO Members who:

• Are planning to transition out of the day to day running of their business.
• Are grooming their future CEO.
• Want to establish common language and terminology between themselves and their executive team
• Are wanting to scale their business.

Executives who:

• May have had traditional businesses training and little exposure to SME and or entrepreneurial businesses.
• Are looking for support and momentum.
• Who will benefit from being around like-mined people who are experiencing similar problems so they don’t feel as alone.
