Program Overview

AI Academy is a capability accelerator designed to fast-track your organisation’s AI maturity, bridging insight and implementation across every layer of your business. Over 10 months, you and your leadership team will move from awareness to action, unlocking practical, role-specific skills while embedding AI fluency into your systems, strategy, and culture.

The program is built to meet you where you’re at: whether you’re just starting your AI journey or already experimenting with advanced tools. Every session is designed to lift capability across all levels of knowledge and experience, ensuring every participant gains the skills and confidence to apply AI effectively in their role.

Our responsive curriculum evolves in tandem with the fast-moving AI landscape, so you’re always learning from the very latest breakthroughs, tools, and applications. Structured in three phases, the Academy blends world-class keynotes, targeted workshops, functional deep-dives, and a high-accountability peer network—all built to catalyse transformation and drive measurable business impact.

    What the Program Offers:

    Three Phases. One Strategic Outcome.

    From September 2025 to June 2026, AI Academy delivers a phased, high-impact program blending expert-led sessions, role-specific intensives, and strategic renewal.

    Phase 1: AI Fluency & Foundations

    Fast-track knowledge, confidence, and clarity. Highlights include:

    • Pascal Finette – Keynote: Generative AI & the Chaordic Edge
    • Steve Brown – In-person AI Innovation Workshop
    • Time Under Tension – Practical AI workflows via two tailored tracks (Foundations or Advanced)


    Phase 2: Role-Based Learning Tracks

    In Phase 2, the Academy shifts from awareness to application. Building on the Foundations, participants select from six Learning Tracks aligned to their role or business priorities—each focused on applying AI to deliver measurable results in a specific function. These role-based intensives comprise 2–3 expert-led virtual sessions of two hours each, supported by curated toolkits and practical implementation guidance to ensure strategies, frameworks, and examples are ready for immediate deployment. Participants may select a single track or complete the full suite, depending on strategic objectives.

    Whether automating marketing campaigns, optimising the sales pipeline, embedding AI into team rhythms, or transforming SOPs into intelligent agents, each track delivers tangible, real-world outcomes. Every session is led by an expert with specialised knowledge in the field, with full programming to be confirmed.

    Phase 3: Strategic Renewal

    This final phase is about embedding AI as a sustained driver of performance, decision-making, and innovation. The focus shifts from isolated wins to a culture where AI is integrated into daily operations, leadership practices, and organisational capability. Participants will explore how to build an AI-confident organisation, reimagine the future of work, and align strategy to capture the opportunities AI creates.

    Guided by a set of Capstone Themes, Phase 3 is designed in collaboration with participants and continually updated to reflect emerging technologies and best practice, this phase ensures content remains relevant, actionable, and directly connected to competitive advantage.
