In October, EO Perth members gathered for one of the most powerful weeks in our chapter calendar — Forum Workshop Week — an annual opportunity for members to deepen trust, sharpen their skills, and strengthen the heartbeat of the Entrepreneurs’ Organisation: the Forum experience.
Across six dedicated workshops, EO Perth Forums explored three key themes — Deeper Connections, Storytelling, and Living Legacy — each designed to help business owners and founders expand self-awareness, grow as leaders, and bring more meaning and accountability into their entrepreneurial journey.
The Deeper Connections workshops invited Forums to explore trust at new levels. Through guided exercises, members practised sharing beyond the surface — developing the courage to reveal more of the “5%” that often stays hidden in business conversations. This level of honesty is what turns a Forum from a meeting into a safe space for growth — the cornerstone of the Entrepreneurs’ Organisation Perth experience.
Two Forums took part in Storytelling, a Forum Leadership Workshop focused on crafting and delivering authentic, powerful stories. Members learnt how to use narrative structure and archetypes to connect with others, communicate purpose, and inspire their teams — essential skills for any founder leading through uncertainty.
The Living Legacy sessions helped Forums reconnect with purpose, values, and long-term vision — translating those insights into tangible plans and commitments. For many founders, it was a reminder that leadership is not only about scaling companies but about designing a life that reflects what truly matters.
The week also included a Forum Training Day for EO Perth’s newest members, facilitated by Fletcher McKenzie from EO New Zealand. Fletcher brought his trademark blend of clarity, warmth, and challenge to help new members understand the structure, mindset, and discipline that make EO Forums so unique.
His message was simple: the more you give, the more you grow.
Every EO member belongs to a Forum — a confidential peer group of 7–10 business owners who meet monthly to share real experiences, not advice. It’s where vulnerability meets accountability, and where business owners find the clarity and confidence to make better decisions.
Forum Workshop Week is a reminder that EO Perth isn’t a networking group — it’s a community of founders committed to learning, leadership, and growth.
EO Perth is part of the global Entrepreneurs’ Organisation, a peer network of more than 20,000 entrepreneurs across 80+ countries. Our chapter brings together Perth business owners, leaders, and founders through leadership training, business owner peer groups, and executive management support designed to help members grow personally and professionally.
