One of the highlights of this year’s retreat was our Fireside Chats session in Darwin. Local Northern Territory business owners shared their stories of building companies in one of Australia’s most unique and challenging environments. Their honesty, resilience, and creativity sparked meaningful conversations about how context shapes leadership.
Hosted by the energetic Amy Hetherington, this panel reminded us that no matter the industry or location, entrepreneurs share a common drive to adapt, innovate, and keep growing.
