As we step into a new EO year, we are thrilled to introduce the leadership and vision that will guide EO Perth in 2024-2025. This year’s theme invites each member of Entrepreneurs Organisation Perth to adopt a Shoshin mindset—a “beginner’s mind,” where endless possibilities unfold when we let go of preconceptions. This mindset is particularly valuable for entrepreneurs and business owners navigating today’s rapidly evolving landscape. With the right approach, EO Perth is prepared to help our members thrive in this new era, offering invaluable opportunities for business owner networking, CEO peer support, and personal growth.

Meet Our New President: Mel Strutt

At the helm this year is Mel Strutt, a dynamic leader with extensive experience and a passion for driving growth and transformation. Mel’s commitment to Entrepreneurs Organisation (EO) values, and her vision for the year ahead, will inspire the Chapter to foster deeper connections and more meaningful experiences. Her focus will include enhancing executive management support and providing tailored programs for business owner peer groups to ensure that every member feels empowered and supported in their entrepreneurial journey.

2024-2025 Chapter Theme: Embracing the Shoshin Mindset

In today’s fast-paced business environment, it’s easy to fall into the trap of relying solely on experience. However, Entrepreneurs Organisation Perth invites its members to approach each day as a chance to learn and grow, just as a beginner would by rediscovering their passion for entrepreneurship and innovation.
