What do you gain from being part of the EO Community ?
Knowledge, Belief, Confidence. I joined EO to be a better business leader and became a better leader in all aspects of my life. Parenting, partnership, family, community. I’m constantly humbled by the amazing people of EO who have invested time in my development.
What do you love most about being an entrepreneur ?
The word entrepreneur never sits well with me, but if asked what I loved about owning a business, I’d say freedom and creativity. We set our own goals and are in control of reaching them. No excuses, no one to blame. If you aren’t honest with yourself, you fail.
What is the biggest challenge you have faced as an entrepreneur and how did you overcome this ?
Separating my personal identity from my business and recognising that my company’s success isn’t a reflection of me as a person. When you lose what you love, you’re still you. Sounds so simple but oh so hard.
